Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Abstract Calendar ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
Abstract Calendar is a community event platform built on the Abstract blockchain. The Service allows users to create, discover, and RSVP to events within the Abstract ecosystem. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when creating events.
- Not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
- Not post content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
- Not attempt to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
- Be solely responsible for the content of events you create.
4. Wallet & Blockchain Interactions
The Service integrates with Abstract Global Wallet (AGW) and the Abstract Chain. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet credentials and private keys. We do not store, control, or have access to your wallet's private keys. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; we cannot recover lost funds or reverse on-chain actions.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Abstract Calendar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service. We may remove any content that violates these Terms at our sole discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abstract Calendar and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of funds, or damage to reputation.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
