1. Information We Collect

Abstract Calendar collects minimal data to provide its service. We collect:

  • Wallet Address: Your public wallet address when you connect via AGW. This is a public blockchain identifier.
  • Event Content: Titles, descriptions, dates, and images you submit when creating events.
  • RSVP Data: Your wallet address associated with events you RSVP to.
  • Usage Data: Basic analytics such as page views and interaction patterns, collected anonymously.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

  • Private keys or seed phrases — ever.
  • Personal identification information such as name, email, or phone number.
  • Financial information beyond public on-chain data.
  • Device fingerprints or invasive tracking identifiers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data exclusively to:

  • Display and manage events on the platform.
  • Show RSVP counts and attendee lists for events.
  • Allow event creators to manage their own events.
  • Improve the performance and usability of the Service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Blockchain Transparency

Please be aware that interactions on the Abstract blockchain are inherently public. Wallet addresses, RSVP actions, and other on-chain activities are visible to anyone with access to the blockchain. Abstract Calendar does not control this transparency — it is a fundamental property of blockchain technology.

5. Data Retention

Event data is retained as long as the event is active on the platform. Creators may delete their events at any time, which removes the data from our database. However, any on-chain interactions remain on the blockchain permanently.

6. Third-Party Services

Abstract Calendar uses the following third-party services:

  • Supabase: For database storage of event metadata.
  • Abstract Chain / AGW: For wallet authentication and on-chain interactions.
  • Vercel: For hosting and deployment.

Each of these services has their own privacy policies which govern their data handling practices.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request deletion of event content you have created.
  • Access information about what data we hold related to your wallet address.
  • Disconnect your wallet and stop using the Service at any time.
